2D CNC Laser Cutting & Punching
Our CNC fiber laser systems deliver extremely precise cuts across a wide range of materials.
Rigorous quality procedures ensure that every part meets strict dimensional and quality requirements.
We also operate an Amada combination laser/turret punching machine, capable of multiple operations such as punching, forming and laser cutting simultaneously.
Maximum sheet capacity: 3000 × 1500 mm.
Bending
From single prototypes to complex components, our high-performance press brakes bend material up to 3000 mm in length.
Full CNC control guarantees repeatable accuracy with every bend.
Sheet Metal Fabrication
Details matter.
Our capabilities include countersinking, dimple forming, hardware insertion and tapping.
A wide selection of PEM press-fit hardware can be specified, including nuts, studs and standoffs.
Welding
When it comes to welding, we offer multiple technologies – from advanced laser welding to traditional TIG, GMAW and spot welding.
We weld mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium.
Finishing
To enhance and protect the surface, several finishing options are available:
